In the near future, advanced technology, medical breakthroughs, and cybernetic enhancements will be common among the rich, spread by powerful megacorporations. While those in high society hoard these technological advancements, poverty and suffering among the poor has struck an all-time high. That’s why you run along the Edge: a term for dangerous, hidden routes along the rooftops of New San José to deliver smuggled technology to the poor.

The goal of the game is to go through a large stage with multiple rooftop routes, aiming to get to the end of the stage by leaping and parkouring through obstacles as fast as you can, avoiding pitfalls and avoiding getting caught to get the highest score.
